Further LTE launches in 2011
There have been a number of recent announcement of LTE launches in 2011:
- At the end of April 2011, TeliaSonera launched a commercial LTE service in Lithuania.
- Canadian mobile network operator, Rogers Communications has confirmed plans to launch an LTE network in 2011.
- South Korean operator, SK Telecom plans to launch 4G LTE services in Seoul, in July 2011.
- Smart Communications launched LTE in the Philippines in April 2011.
- Deutsche Telekom launched LTE in Germany in April 2011.
